Title: Best ice cream - strawberry

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 pt Sweet frozen strawberries;
           -thawed
      4    Eggs; separated
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      3 pt Half-and-Half
           (peaches may be substituted
           -for the strawberries)
 
  Mix sugar with egg yolks; mix well. Add a little Half & Half; mix.
  Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar mixture, strawberries and the
  remaining Half & Half. Put into ice cream freezer. Make as usual.
  Serves 6 to 10.
