      Title: Betty's southern pecan dainties

      Yield: 72 Servings
 
      1 lb Light brown sugar
      3 c  Pecans; chopped
      3    Egg whites; beaten
    1/4 ts Salt
      1 ts Vanilla extract
 
  Mix all ingredients together. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto
  greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 20
  minutes.
