Title: Black bean chili with beef

    3/4 c  Cooked black beans
      1 lb Stew beef; cubed
      3 tb Bacon grease
    1/4 c  Chopped onion
    1/4 c  Chopped green peppers
    1/2 c  Diced green chilies
      3 tb Tomato paste
      3    Beef bouillon cubes or beef
           -base, (up to 4)
    1/4 ts Ground cumin
      1 ts Minced garlic
    1/2 ts Salt and pepper
      1 c  Shredded monterey jack or
           -cheddar cheese
 
  Brown stew beef in bacon grease with onion and green pepper. Combine
  all ingredients except cheese and cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Sprinkle
  cheese over individual servings.
