      2 tb Garlic; minced
      1 lb Dried black beans; soak
           -overnight
      2    Bottles beer; of your choice
      1 c  White vinegar
      3 c  Cold water
    1/4 c  Tomato catsup
      1 tb Ground cumin
      1 tb Chili powder
      1 tb Dry mustard
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
      1 tb Fresh red or green chile of
           -your choice; minced
      1 c  Sour cream
    1/2 c  Fresh cilantro; chopped
    1/4 c  Lime juice; about 2 limes
           Salt and pepper; to taste
