Title: Black bean soup with fennel and three pepper
Yield: 6 Servings
4 c Cooked black beans
1 c Chicken broth, or vegetable
2 Cloves garlic, pressed
2 ts Fresh ground pepper
1 ts Salt
5 oz Fennel and Three Pepper
Puree in blender. Place in saucepan and heat. Garnish with sourcream
and dollop of Fennel & Three Pepper Relish. Serve with corn muffins.
