      Title: Black diamond steak

      2 tb Oil
    1/4 c  Lite soy sauce
    1/4 c  Honey
      2 tb Brown sugar
      2 tb Vinegar
  1 1/2 ts Ginger
      1 pn Garlic powder
 
  Mix. Score steak on both sides. Marinate in above mixture 8 to 10
  hours. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side.
