      Title: Black pepper-onion bread

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
           --1 pound:; --1 1/2 pound:
    2/3 c  Water; 1 cup
      1 tb Butter or margarine; 1T
    3/4 ts Salt; 1 tsp.
      2 c  Bread flour; 3 cups
      2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder; 3T
      2 ts Sugar; 1 Tab.
      1 ts Dry minced onions; 1 1/2
           -tsp.
    1/2 ts Med. grind Java Black
           -Pepper*; 3/4 tsp.
    1/8 ts Garlic powder; 1/4 tsp.
  1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast; 2 tsp.
           --for bread machine
 
  Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
  manufacturer. * If using a finer grind of pepper, reduce the amount
  to 1/4 tsp. for either loaf size.
  
  Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color
  setting. Timed-bake feature can be used.
