    1/2 c  Margarine
      2    Eggs
      2 c  Brown sugar
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Flour
      2 c  Chocolate chips
 
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 X 13 pan with Pam.
  
  Cream margarine, add eggs and brown sugar. Beat with mixer a minute
  or two till light and fluffy. Add salt, baking powder, vanilla, and
  flour. Batter gets as thick as a cookie batter. Add chips. Spread in
  pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. It should look like it's not cooked all
  the way through. This is a real moist and delicious cookie bar.
