Title: Blueberry and oat muffins

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      1 c  Flour
      2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Cinamon
    3/4 c  Flake oats
    1/2 c  Brown sugar
      1    Egg
      1 c  Milk
    1/4 c  Melted butter
    3/4 c  Blueberries
 
  Mix dry ingredients. Add brown sugar and oats.  In a big bowl, beat
  egg, milk and butter. Add dry ingredients and mix gently untill just
  enough to humidify. Add blueberries. Bake 20 min. 375 F.
