    1/4 ts Guar gum; or other thickener
    1/2 ts Baking soda; or slightly
           -less
      2 tb Nonfat yogurt
    1/2 ts Cinnamon; or more
    1/2 ts Cardamom; or more
  1 1/2 c  Blueberries; fresh
