      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 c  Raw rice
      1 pk Frozen spinach
      3    Eggs
      1 c  Milk
      1 tb Grated onion
    1/2 ts Thyme
    1/2 ts Marjoram
    1/2 ts Rosemary
      1 c  American cheese; grated
 
   Cook rice in salted water. Beat eggs and mix with milk. Combine all
  ingredients and place in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter
  and bake until set, about 40 minutes in a 300 degree oven.
