Title: Broccoli and sausage quiche

      1    9-inch pie crust
      1 cn Cream of broccoli soup
    1/2 pk Brown and serve sausage
           -links (about 5); cut into
           -pieces
      1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli;
           -thawed and drained
      1 c  Fresh mushrooms; sliced
      2 tb Instant minced onion
      2    Eggs
           Pepper
    3/4 c  Shredded Swiss cheese
 
  Preheat oven to 450F. Cover bottom of pie crust with foil. Bake for 8
  minutes. Remove foil and bake 4-6 minutes longer. Reduce oven
  temperature to 375F. Brown sausage and mushrooms together; mix in
  soup and cheese. Add eggs, onion and pepper. Mix well and pour into
  pie crust. Bake quiche 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near
  center comes out clean.
