    1/2 c  Margarine
      3    Stalks celery; chopped
      1 lg Onion; chopped
     20 oz Frozen chopped broccoli
      1    Roll Kraft jalapeno cheese
      1 cn Cream of chicken soup
      1 cn Broccoli cheese soup
      2 c  Bread crumbs
 
  Saute celery and onion in melted margarine. Add soups and cheese and
  heat slowly until cheese is melted and blended. Add thawed broccoli
  and bread crumbs. Bake at approximately 300 degrees for 30 minutes or
  until it is bubbly.
