      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      3 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
      1    Stick butter
      1 sm Onion
      1 cn Mushroom soup
      1    Roll (8-oz) jalapeno pepper
           -cheese
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
           Almonds (optional)
           Cracker crumbs
 
  Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine in
  saucepan over low heat the remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese
  is melted & sauce is smooth. Fold in cooked broccoli. Pour into
  13x9-inch casserole dish. Cover top with cracker crumbs & almonds
  (optional). Bake at 350 for
       30    minutes. Serves
