      1 c  Minute rice
      1 c  Boiling water
      1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
      1 c  Vidalia onion; chopped
      1 c  Celery; chopped
    1/4 c  Margarine
      1 cn Mushroom soup
      1 sm Jar cheez whiz
      1 c  Potato chips; crushed
 
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  
  2. Pour boiling water over broccoli in bowl. Let stand for several
  minutes and drain.
  
  3. Sauté onions and celery in margarine in skillet. Add broccoli,
  rice and remaining ingredients.
  
  4. Spoon into baking dish, top with potato chips and bake at 350
  degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until bubbly.
