      Title: Broccoli spears with saucy hummus

           Saucy Hummus;, (below)
  1 1/2 lb Broccoli spears

MMMMM------------------------SAUCY HUMMUS-----------------------------
      1 c  Canned garbanzo beans
    1/2 c  Yoplait® Original plain
           -yogurt
      1 tb Packed fresh cilantro or
           -parsley
      1 tb Lime juice
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  1. Prepare Saucy Hummus.
  
  2. Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in 3-quart
  saucepan. Add broccoli.
  
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until
  stems are tender. Serve sauce over broccoli.
  
  Saucy Hummus: Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  Cover and process or blend on high until smooth.
  
  1 Serving: 120 calories (20 calories from fat); 2 g fat (0 g
  saturated); 0 mg cholesterol; 320 mg sodium; 23 g carbohydrate (7 g
  dietary fiber); 10 g protein.
