      Title: Brown sugar marinade for barbecued spareribs

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 sl Fresh ginger
      3 tb Soy sauce
      4 tb Brown sugar
    1/2 ts Five Spices
      1 ts Sherry
 
  Mince ginger root, then combine with remaining ingredients. Rub
  mixture over spareribs. Let stand 1 hour, then roast.
