      1 c  Unbleached flour
    1/2 c  Sugar
      2 tb No-fat unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 tb Baking powder
    1/2 c  Evaporated skim milk
      1 ts Vanilla
    3/4 c  Sugar
    1/4 c  Cocoa
  1 1/2 c  Boiling water

  Date: Tue, 2 Jul 1996 23:02:18 -0400 This recipe is definitely
  fatfree and probably not good for you, but works when chocolate
  cravings loom so large that they cannot be ignored!  My mom used to
  make it for me when I was little.
  Stir together first 7 ingredients.  Heat oven to 350.  Spread batter
  in 8"x8"x2" square pan.  (Do not spary pan, and it does not have to be
  non-stick) In the meantime, boil some water. When water has boiled,
  mix sugar, cocoa and boiling water.
  Sir 'til dissolved and pour over batter.  Bake 30 min until cake
  tests.  To serve, cut into squares and scoop up warm sauce from the
  bottom of the pan over the top of the "brownies".  Great warm with no
  fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, or cold as is.  (PS My next
  experiment will be to try to use Rice or Soy milk and see what
