      2 c  Bisquick
    3/4 c  Finely chopped fat-free ham
      1 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
    1/2 c  Finely chopped onion
    1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
      1    Egg
    1/4 c  Sour cream
      2 tb Snipped fresh parsley
    1/2 ts Salt
      2    Cloves garlic; crushed
    2/3 c  Milk
 
  Mix all ingredients; spread in greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake until golden
  brown in 350 d. oven, about 25-30 minutes. Cut into 60 one-inch
  pieces.
