      1 cn Unsweetened condensed milk
      1 pk Grated Colby/Chedder grated
           -cheese
           Any seasonings that appeal

  Here's a nice brunch-type recipe: In a glass pie pan mix all ingredients. Bake at
  325 for 1/2 hour or so (until middle doesn't wiggle when you shake
  the pan).
  
  Make sure that you don't use sweetened condense milk for this - my
  cousin reports accidently doing that, "yucky" he says.
