2 Dozen eggs; hard boiled and
-halved
1 ts Lowry's seasoned salt
1 lb Ground ham (I use spam)
1 c Mayonnaise (I use less)
1 ts Catsup
MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
2 tb Oleo
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1/2 lb Grated cheese

Date: Mon, 14 Aug 1995 20:37:45 GMT This is a family favorite! Scoop
out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add seasoned salt, ham,
mayonnaise and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and spread
sauce on top.
Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole. (5 dozen
eggs serves about 40 people)
