Title: Butter beans and bacon

      6 sl Bacon; (6 to 8)
      1 md Onion
      1 c  Milk
      2 cn (Medium) large butter beans
    1/8 ts Salt
      1 ts Butter
      1 ds Pepper
 
  Dice and brown bacon. Remove bacon. Dice onion and brown in some of
  the fat. Add beans. Add salt, pepper and butter. Add milk and bacon
  and cook until somewhat thickened. Crumble bacon over beans.
  Delicious served with corn bread.
