Title: Buttermilk bread 5

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/8 c Buttermilk
3 tb Honey
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter; or margarine
3 c Bread flour
2 ts Active dry yeast; Red Star
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and
press Start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake
rack, and allow to cook 1 hour before slicing.
I used 1T applesauce in lieu of the butter and reduced the buttermilk
by 1T.
This is a very nice, tender, rich loaf. Great for sandwiches.
Next time I will try reducing the honey by 1T. [ECR} From:
