      1 md Green pepper, chopped
      1 md Sweet red pepper, chopped
      2 tb Butter or margarine
    1/4 ts Salt
      3 c  Hot cooked rice
 
  In a skillet over medium heat, saute peppers in butter for 8-10
  minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt; toss wtih rice.
