      2    Cornish game hens; cut in
           -halves
      1    Onion; chopped
      2 c  Cooked rice
    1/2 c  Celery; diced
      1 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      1 cn Mushroom pieces; (8 oz.)
 
  Salt hens, both sides. Mix celery, onions, mushrooms and rice
  together. Heap rice in 4 mounds in a baking dish. Place 1/2 hen, skin
  side up, over each mound. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
  hour. Remove foil. Bake until browned.
