    1/4 c  Butter
      4 md Bananas
    1/3 c  Brown sugar
      1 tb Lemon juice
    1/2 ts Ground allspice
    1/4 c  Light rum
 
  Place butter in square baking dish. Heat at 350* until melted; rotate
  dish to coat bottom. Cut bananas crosswise into halves; cut each half
  lengthwise into halves. Place cut side down in baking dish. Mix brown
  sugar, lemon juice and allspice; drizzle over butter. Bake uncovered
  15 min. Heat rum until warm; ignite and pour over bananas.
