Title: Carole's american chop suey

Yield: 4 Servings
1 lg Onion; diced
1 c Celery; diced
1 lb Ground sirloin
2 14 ounce cans diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c Macaroni; uncooked
Cook macaronin according to package directions.
Brown onion, celery and ground sirloin till meat is cooked.
Add tomatoes and cook together about 5 minutes.
Add macaroni. Heat just till everything is hot.
We like the veggies crisp.
You can also add lots of green chile!! Mmmmmm good!
