      1    Lge Head cauliflower
      1 bn Broccoli
      1 bn Green onions; chopped
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c  Crisp bacon; crumbled (1/2
           -to 1)
      1 pk Ranch dressing; (dry mix)
      3 tb Sugar
      2 tb Vinegar
 
  Combine cauliflowerets,broccoli flowerets, and green onion. Combine
  remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables. Toss; cover
  and chill. Can be made the night before. Just before serving, toss in
  the cheese and bacon.
