Title: Cauliflower greek style

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1    Head cauliflower
      2 qt Water
    1/4 c  Milk
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 c  Olive oil
           Juice of 1 lemon
           Salt and pepper
 
  Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets. Bring water, milk and
  salt to a boil. Add cauliflower and boil 20 minutes or until done.
  Drain. Add oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. 4
