Title: Cheese rice
Yield: 1 Servings
4 c Cooked white rice
1 c Grated smoked cheddar cheese

4 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Milk
1/2 C. cornflake crumbs (up to
Butter the bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Spread half of rice on
bottom; sprinkle with half of cheese, some cayenne & salt. Dot with
pieces of butter. Repeat with remaining rice, spices & butter. Pour
milk evenly over top. Sprinkle generously with cornflake crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until bubbly and browned. Serves 4
