Title: Cheesy spinach squares

      Yield: 30 Servings
 
    1/3 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
      2    Eggs
      1 c  Milk
      1 tb Butter; melted
      2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
     10 oz Frozen chopped spinach;
           -thawed & drained
    1/4 c  Sweet red pepper; chopped
      1    Green onion; finely chopped
 
  1. In a large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper
  and nutmeg.
  
  2. In a separatebowl whisk eggs, milk and butter together.
  
  3. Stir in cheese, spinach, red pepper and onion just until combined.
  
  4. Pour into greased 11 X 7 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for
  about
       30    minutes or until set.
  
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes, slice into squares and serve.
