Title: Cheesy vegetable pizza
Yield: 4 Servings
1 12-inch prebaked Italian
1 c (4 oz) shredded Cheddar
1 pk (1-lb) Green Giant American
-Mixtures San Francisco
-Style Frozen Broccoli;
-Carrots, Water Chestnuts
-and Red Peppers; thawed
1 c (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella
1 ts Dried basil leaves
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie
sheet. Top with 1/2 cupof the Cheddar cheese and the vegetables.
Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and basil.
Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
