Title: Cherry coconut delight

  1 1/3 c  Flaked coconut
      1 c  Sifted flour
    2/3 c  Fine cracker crumbs; about
           -14 crackers
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      1 cn (21 oz) Cherry pie filling
    3/4 c  Brown sugar
           Whipped cream or Cool Whip
 
  Combine coconut, flour, brown sugar and cracker crumbs. Stir in
  butter; mix well. Press half the mixture in bottom of 8x8x2 dish;
  spread with cherry pie filling. Top with remaining crumb mixture;
  press gently. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till golden.
  Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
