Title: Cherry dream salad

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 cn Dark sweet cherries; pitted
      1 cn Pineapple chunks
      1    Egg; beaten
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Sugar
      1 ds Salt
    1/2 c  Sour cream
    1/2 c  Pecan pieces
      1 c  Miniature marshmallows
 
  Drain cherries & pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup combined juices.
  Combine egg, fruit juice, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Cook over medium
  heat, stirring until thick. Remove from heat & fold in sour cream.
  Cool. Combine with cherries, pineapple & pecans. Chill at least 1
  hour after combining ingredients. Shortly before serving, add
  marshmallows.
