Cherry Struesel Coffee Cake

Title: Cherry struesel coffee cake
Yield: 4 Servings
5 tb Margarine
1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk Dry yeast
2/3 c Water
1 c Flour
1 cn Cherry pie filling
2 tb Sugar
Melt margarine in sauce pan and set aside. In large mixing bowl,
combine 1 1/2 cup dry cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs and water. Beat 2
minutes at medium speed. Spread dough in greased 9 x 13 and set aside.
In sauce pan combine remaining cake mix with cold melted margarine.
To make streusel top, spoon fruit filling over dough in pan. Sprinkle
sugar over and then streusel over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 30
minutes. When cold glaze. (1 cup 10x powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon
corn syrup, 1 tablespoon water mixed.)
