      1    Big Avocado. cut into small
           -pieces.
      1    Chicken breast; cut into
           -strips
      1 sm Onion; cut into small pieces
      2    Tabl Sliced olives.; (I buy
           -them ready made)
      1 sm Carrot ; cut into matches
           -size
      2    Tabl Ketchup + few drops of
           -Tabasco
      1    Tabl Olive oil
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
           Salt; Fresh ground pepper,
      2    Tabls Sesame seed; or pine
           -nuts ,or pieces of peacun
           -nuts, ( fry them slightly
           -in frying pan with out oil.
           -Be careful not to burn it,)
