Title: Chicken cilantro

      1 lb Chicken pieces; skinned,
           -boned
    1/2 ts Paprika
      2 ts Canola oil
      2    Green onions; chopped
    1/4 c  Cilantro; (or parsley)
           -chopped
      1    Tomato; chopped
    1/2 c  Orange juice
 
  Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika, patting it in. Heat oil in a
  skillet and brown chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce
  heat, cook about 15 minute. Turn chicken at least twice during
  cooking. Makes 4 servings.
