Title: Chili joes

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 lb Ground beef round
    1/2 c  Frozen chopped onion
    1/2 c  Frozen chopped green bell
           -pepper
      1    7 oz can whole kernel sweet
           -corn; drained
    1/2 c  Ketchup
      4 ts Chili powder
      1 ts Cumin
      4 lg Burger buns; split
 
  1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over high heat for
  about 3 minutes.
  
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. reduce heat;
  cover and cook 5 minutes.
  
  3. To serve, spoon beef mixture into buns.
