     24 lg Tomatoes; peeled and
           -chopped
      3 lg Red peppers; seeded and
           -chopped
      4 lg Green peppers; seeded
           -and chopped
      2    Hot peppers; seeded and
           -chopped (~RE's Mod. add 6-8
           -Jalapeno's)
      1 c  Sugar
      3 c  Cider vinegar
      2 tb Salt
      4 lg Onions
      2    Cloves garlic
      1 ts Ground cloves
      2 ts Ginger
  1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  1 1/2 ts Pepper
 
  Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and
  bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices
  and continue cooking for 15 minutes.  Check the seasoning and texture
  and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars
  and seal.
