  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
    1/2 c  Tomato sauce
    1/3 c  Onion -- chopped
      6 tb P  oatmeal
      2 tb P  parsley -- fresh minced
  1 1/2 ts Chili powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  DIRECTIONS -   MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. MAKE 6 PATTIES. GRILL
  OVER HOT COALS  UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS. OR BROIL IN OVEN. 251 CAL, 20
  G PROTEIN, 16G FAT 6g CARBOHYDRATES, 376 mg SODIUM, 86 mg CHOLESTEROL.
