      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      2 c  Prepared Carroll Shelby's
           -original Texas Brand Chili
           -Mix
      1 cn Green chiles; chopped,
           -drained
      1 cn Black olives; chopped,
           -drained
      2 tb Green onions; chopped
      1 c  Velvettea Mexican shredded
           -cheese
 
  Spread cream cheese over bottom of 9" pie plate.
  
  Layer remaining ingredients over cream cheese.
  
  Microwave on HIGH (100%) 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  
  Serve with tortilla chips.,
