  3 1/2 c  Cheap yellow mustard (from
           -Costco)
      1 cn Chipolte in adobo sauce.
      1 tb New mexico ground chili
 
  Blend until smooth. Store refrigerated.
  
  Use proportional amounts for the amount of chipolte in adobo sauce.
  
  Makes a nice sandwich spread mixed with equal parts mayo. Dynomite
  deviled eggs.
