  1 1/4    -(up to)
  1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise (I don't care for
           -the sweet flavor of salad
           -dressing; but if you do,
           -use it!) depending on how
           -'wet' you like your slaw
  1 1/2 tb Balsamic vinegar
    1/2    -(up to)
    3/4 cn Chipotle in adobo sauce
      1 ts -(up to)
      1 tb Buffalo chipotle sauce if
           -you like more heat

---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
    1/2    Head red cabbage
    1/2    Head green cabbage
      1 lg Onion
 
  DRESSING: In a food processor, combine all dressing ingredients.
  
  Julienne the cabbage and onion.  Pour dressing over cabbage and onion.
  Refrigerate. Hope you enjoy.
