      Title: Chipped beef and cream cheese

      1 pk (6-oz) cream cheese
    1/2 md Onion; grated
      1    -(up to)
      2    Lemons; juice of
      1 ds Tabasco
      1 pk (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef
 
  Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco.  Spread
  dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese
  thinly over beef. Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut
  into thin slices when serving.
