      1 tb Kirsch
    3/4 c  Canned unsweetened chestnut
           -puree
      4 lg Eggs; separated (at room
           -temp)
      2 ts Vanilla extract
      6 tb Unsalted butter; softened
           -and cut into tablespoons
    1/3 c  Sifted flour
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Sugar

MMMMM----------------------CHOCOLATE GLAZE---------------------------
      6 oz Semisweet chocolate; finely
           -chopped
    3/4 c  Double (heavy) cream
      2 tb Light corn syrup
      1 ts Vanilla extract
           White chocolate curls for
           -garnish (optional)
