     12 oz Semi-sweet; dark chocolate
           -chips
      1 lg Banana
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 pk MoriNu Lite Tofu; (extra
           -firm)
 
  from Mori-Nu Tofu
  
  Melt chocolate in microwave with 2T water. Thoroughly blend tofu in a
  blender or food processor. Add melted chocolate and vanilla to the
  tofu and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Slice banana and layer
  with chocolate mixture in either pudding cups or a graham cracker pie
  crust. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with more banana slices and
  sliced almonds if desired.
  
  Strawberries work great too!!
