  1 1/2 c  Plus 2 T unsweetened
           -cocoa-powder; sifted
  3 1/4 c  Granulated sugar
  1 1/3 c  Cornstarch
    1/2 ts Salt

MMMMM------------------CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING-----------------------
      1 c  Above mix
  2 3/4 c  Milk
      2 tb Butter or margarine
  1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
 
  In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until
  all ingredients evenly distributed. Pour into a 6-cup container with
  a tight- fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3-4
  months.
  
  CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING: In a saucepan combine pudding mix and milk.
  Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in
  butter and vanilla. Pour into 6 serving bowls. Makes 6 servings
