  1 3/4 c  Flour
      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Butter
      3 tb Butter
    1/3 c  Cocoa Powder
  1 1/2 c  Pecan Halves
    1/2 c  Brown Sugar
    3/4 c  Semisweet Chocolate Chips
 
  Heat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, 1/2 cup butter and cocoa.
  Blend till dough ball forms. Press into ungreased foil-lined 9x13"
  pan. Arrange pecans on top. Press down slightly. In small saucepan
  combine remaining butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat till
  boiling. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Pour over dough. Bake for
  20 minutes or until toping is bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle
  on chocolate chips. DO NOT spread. Cool on wire rack. Cut into
  squares.
