      Title: Chocolate-mint creamer

    3/4 c  Non-dairy creamer
    1/2 c  Dutch process cocoa
    3/4 c  Powdered sugar
    1/2 ts Peppermint extract
 
  Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.  Shake to blend thoroughly. Makes 15 (2
  T) servings.  Place in hot coffee.
