    1/4 c  Softened butter
      1 c  Brown sugar
      1    Egg
    1/2 c  Hot coffee
  1 1/2 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Soda
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 c  Seedless raisins
 
  Cream together the butter, brown sugar and egg. Then stir in the
  coffee. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins.
  Spread in a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20
  minutes
